willingness to carry out between-session assignments, speeds
the process. Helpful outside activities are jointly selected
to effectively resolve various difficulties, including:
- Self-help reading.
- Couple exercises (if partnered) to enhance communication
and understanding.
- Starting a regular exercise routine.
- Sensual touching.

body image and self-esteem.
- Consultation with a physician.
